Since March 1st, the CALL ALICE / APPELLE ALICE / BEL ALICE initiative has been officially launched across the entire Brussels Region, providing support to victims of sexual assault.

What is CALL ALICE ?

CALL ALICE is a free and confidential service designed to assist individuals who have just been sexually assaulted. By calling this number, victims can be picked up and taken to a Sexual Assault Center (CPVS/ZSG), where trained professionals offer specialized care and support.

How does it work?

The process is simple and designed to ensure safety, discretion, and immediate assistance:

  1. Call 02 349 44 22 – A trained professional will answer your call.

  2. A specially trained driver will pick you up, wherever you are in Brussels.

  3. You will be taken to a safe place, the CPVS/ZSG, where professionals will provide medical, psychological, and legal assistance.

About the initiative

CALL ALICE was first launched on the UCLouvain campus with the support of the Montgomery Police. Since March 1st, the service is now available throughout the entire Brussels Region.
