Brussels By Night is looking for a Harm Reduction Manager in Festive Spaces to support Brussels’ nightlife sector in preventing violence and discrimination.

Key missions include training and supporting operators, developing care teams, political advocacy, creating tools, and project management. The ideal candidate has experience in social project coordination or prevention work, knowledge of the nightlife sector and gender issues, and strong skills in training and communication.
