The City of Brussels and Brussels by Night present the second edition of the Brussels Open Air Festival, the biggest open-air festival in Brussels.

Six iconic venues across Brussels have been selected and entrusted to ten prominent collectives, promoters, clubs, and labels, offering the public a chance to celebrate and party before the new season and celebrate the rich diversity of the local nightlife scene.

Brussels Open Air Festival returns for its second edition on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 2 PM to 10 PM.An open-air celebration that aims to highlight the diversity, energy, and richness of Brussels' clubbing scene, supported by the City of Brussels and Brussels By Night.

After gathering nearly 11,000 people in 2024 for its first edition, the festival is establishing itself as an essential end-of-summer event. The festival highlights collectives, clubs, labels, and promoters who breathe life into Brussels’ vibrant nightlife culture.

Inspired by the Club Open Air initiative launched in 2021, this second edition of the Brussels Open Air Festival will take over six, not just five, emblematic public spaces to offer a diverse and collective outdoor musical experience.

One year after club culture was officially recognized as part of Brussels' intangible heritage, this joint initiative by the City of Brussels and Brussels By Night once again aims to spotlight the richness of the local music scene and the festive spirit of Brussels through a unique festival entirely dedicated to open airs. While Brussels is already known for the quality of its club scene, it is now starting to stand out among other European cities for its growing number of open airs in the city center.

With more than 10,000 people expected, the Brussels Open Air Festival also provides a platform for a new generation of artists and collectives. The selected projects this year were chosen through a public call for submissions, with 25 proposals reviewed by a jury of industry experts. The selected collectives will also receive support in organizing their events.
